Order Processing, Dispatch, and Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement, depending on the quantity date of dispatch, contingent on the delivery location. The delivery timeline typically ranges from 2 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch, contingent on the quantity and delivery location. We also offer same-day delivery in Bengaluru to select pin codes.

COVID-19 Policy
Due to the current pandemic, we would like to inform you that services such as deliveries may experience disruptions. Despite our collaboration with reputable courier companies, they are also encountering unforeseen challenges, which could affect the expected delivery times. Please be advised that, unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in the event of delays caused by our third-party logistics partners. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these challenging times. If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Charges
We provide free shipping on online paid orders across India above Rs 499. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Tracking Orders
Track your order using the provided tracking or delivery number through our delivery partner links in the shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear.

Non-Availability on Delivery
Ensure a reachable phone/mobile number is included in the shipping address to expedite the delivery process. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery thrice before returning the item to our warehouse.
