Damage and Loss in Transit
At Mayday Beverages, we prioritize the safe delivery of our products to you. However, if by any chance your order arrives damaged or experiences transit-related issues please communicate with us at +91-9632034690 or drop an email at contact@maydaybev.in, providing your Order ID.
Please share at least 2 photographs depicting the damage to the package or bottles upon receipt. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will initiate the refund through the original payment method within the next 7 working days.
